Son of hotel & restaurant owners, Ronan’s destiny was drawn at a very early age. Young and passionate, it is the beginning of his brilliant career as a chef.
His career path leads him into the kitchens of prestigious addresses such as Georges Blanc in Vonnas, then with “LeNôtre” as Chef for Research and Development.
All these experiences allowed him to become a talented, demanding and generous chef.
In 2010, Ronan left the kitchens of Royal Mansour in Marrakech, managed by his friend, Yannick Alleno, to join H Paris Champs Elysées as the Executive Chef of our gourmet restaurant.
Ronan enjoys searching for local products and cooking them at their best during the season. He proposes a light, perfumed and creative cooking with subtle tastes, perfectly in lines with what La Chèvre d’Or likes to offer to its French and international guests for over 60 years now.
Ronan always likes to emphasize that cooking is a moment of sharing and generosity!
