General Manager

Thierry was born in Mauritius, grew up in the hospitality business and has 25 years experience in the hotel sector.

He was the youngest General Manager of a luxury property on the French Riviera when he took over the world-renowned Château de la Chèvre d’Or. Under his direction, the property developed into what is now considered to be one of the best hotels in the world, with a famous 2 Star Michelin restaurant.

He then left for new challenges to become the General Manager of H Paris Champs Elysées. He has played a key role in turning the hotel into a luxurious place, where you will feel like home.

Concierge

Charles was born in the backcountry of Nice from a family with Italian descent. He went to high school in Nice and had her first professional experience in the hospitality industry during a summer job in a famous palace in Cannes. 

He started his career with Relais & Châteaux, at Le Mas Candille, in Mougins, as a trainee, to quickly become assistant front office manager. After 3 years at this property, he joined H Paris Champs Elysées in 2012, as Concierge. He has a deep knowledge of Paris and will give you all his recommended addresses...

Restaurant Chef

Son of hotel & restaurant owners, Ronan’s destiny was drawn at a very early age. Young and passionate, it is the beginning of his brilliant career as a chef.

His career path leads him into the kitchens of prestigious addresses such as Georges Blanc in Vonnas, then with “LeNôtre” as Chef for Research and Development.
All these experiences allowed him to become a talented, demanding and generous chef.

In 2010, Ronan left the kitchens of Royal Mansour in Marrakech, managed by his friend, Yannick Alleno, to join H Paris Champs Elysées as the Executive Chef of our gourmet restaurant. 

Ronan enjoys searching for local products and cooking them at their best during the season. He proposes a light, perfumed and creative cooking with subtle tastes, perfectly in lines with what La Chèvre d’Or likes to offer to its French and international guests for over 60 years now.
Ronan always likes to emphasize that cooking is a moment of sharing and generosity!
