Should you wish to book a yoga session, please specify the date & time and place your order here.Group-yoga classes are available in the morning from Monday to Friday for all levels of experience, in order to start the day fully energized.Alessandra draws her teaching inspiration from a synthesis of Sivananda and Iyengar styles.Movement is synchronized with the breath, while during the asanas (yoga positions) a steady focus on the structural alignment of the individual human body is maintained.Private lessons available by appointment in English, German, French, and Spanish.For timetables and price please ask at the fitness centre.
