If you wish to be woken up, please let us know the day and specific time as well as if you would like multiple calls. 

Newspapers can be delivered to your room daily. Please specify in the comment box your desired newspapers and place your order. We will gladly bring them in your room.

If you wish for our housekeeping team to stop by your room at a specific time of day, please let us know. Room cleaning is made daily by the housekeeper between 9am and 4:30pm. 

Should you wish to have extra pillows, duvets, covers (and more) delivered to your room, please let us know which type you would like. Our team will bring them to you shortly.

"Les Notes de Lanvin" bath products are at your disposal in your room. Items such as shaving kit, tooth kit and feminine products can be obtained upon request.You will find already in your room:- Shower Gel- Shampoo- Conditioner- Body Lotion- Cotton- Sewing kit ( +2€)Should you need more products, please place your order accordingly.

Feel free to order anything you may need for your little one. Available amenities: Baby cot, changing table, bottle warmer, children slippers, highchair, children footboard, bath seat, potty.Should you need a baby cot, please make you request before your arrival to the hotel so that it can be ready when you arrive.
